YouthInkwell's Summer Progam 2006

How does geography affect dreams? Do kids in India dream about the same things as kids in Texas? Students are spending the summer in a letter/short story exchange program with kids around the world to expand their knowledge and understanding of cultural differences and similarities. Each student has created a page to display their work from class.

Is there any difference between being a hero and being heroic? To what extent do we confuse the concepts of heroism and fame? Students are reading some great fiction and non-fiction stories about people who are considered heroes and people whom they are encouraged to emulate.
